National Harbor Engagement Session

Harleen & Shravan chose to do their engagement session at National Harbor. I met them through Instagram and one of the things I immediately noted about their photos was how much they enjoyed having fun together. National Harbor at sunset never disappoints and the glowing light coming off of the water was ethereal.

Their laughter was contagious and echoed throughout National Harbor during their engagement session.

One of the most iconic locations at National Harbor is with J. Seward Johnson’s sculpture “Awakening.” The hands feet and face protruding from the sand are so fun and unexpected and a quirky addition to any engagement session. For more information on the history of this sculpture read HERE.

Harleen & Shravan took a turn on the carousel and Shravan jumped to be the first one on the tiger. A small nod to their Indian heritage.

Sunsets and silhouettes go together like peanut butter and jelly. I’m particularly in love with this sunset silhouette composed with the National Harbor Ferris Wheel in the background.
