Greenspring Garden is one of my all time favorite locations for maternity photos in all of Alexandria!  During later summer and early fall Greenspring Gardens in FULL of the most beautiful foliage & blooms, which was the most perfect ethereal setting for these garden inspired maternity photos.

This mama to be rocked two different looks for her maternity photos….and Greenspring Gardens provide numerous opportunity for variety of backdrops for them.

I’m looking forward to seeing this trio again soon for their newborn session. 🙂

One of the most common questions for doing maternity photos at Green Spring Garden is do they require a permit for photography.

YES!  Green Spring Garden does require a Fairfax County Photogrpahy permit.  I personally keep an annual permit for doing photography in all of the Fairfax County Parks and use it at no additional charge to my clients for their photography sessions.  If you would like more information on obtaining a permit for photography at Green Spring Gardens or at any other parks in Fairfax County, you can visit that information HERE.
