When Meredith & Eric began planning their winter wedding at 48 Fields in Leesburg, VA they knew they wanted it to be a cozy, chic affair focusing on the time they would be able to spend with family and friends.  Their wedding inspiration was berries with a touch of citrus, which Keri of Lark Floral took seriously adding real citrus fruit and berries to the bridal bouquet and additional pieces for styling.

Meredith’s something blue were beautiful ice blue shoes by Badgley Mischka.

The day was full of joy and laughter as every wedding should be.  Both the bride and groom chose to get  ready at Landsdowne Resort, where they shared their first look before heading to 48 Fields.

Meredith’s hair pin was a vintage brooch from her grandmother and was the perfect touch to complete her bridal look.

This leopard print jacket was the perfect bridal wrap for this cold winter wedding and it coordinated delightfully with the citrus and berries in the bouquet.

Meredith and Eric chose to seat their guests at long farm tables in the upper loft at 48 Fields.  The dark wood and twinkle lights kept the barn feeling warm and cozy.

Brass compotes and tiny spray painted cans of flowers for the table arrangements gave a sophisticated yet homey feel to the tablescapes.
